Who would have ever thought I would be sharing a recipe with ya'll?
If you know me, you know I don't do a lot of cooking and very rarely (if ever) do I perfect something first try. Mac & Cheese is definitely a favorite in our household. This dish was a HIT. It was so easy to just throw together and made the perfect meal AND leftovers! I actually found this recipe on Pinterest, and kinda made it my own way. It is so nice being able to just throw everything together super quick and forget about it for hours, then boom dinner is done. This recipe feeds about 10 so feel free to double up, cut in half, or have plenty of leftovers.

Ingredients:
Cooking spray
1 & 3/4 16oz box of macaroni
24 oz evaporated milk
3 cups whole milk
2/4 cup melted butter
4 beaten eggs
Salt, to your liking
Pepper, to your liking
16 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated (or any cheese of your choice)
Addition back of shredded cheese
Paprika, to taste.
Directions:
Cook & Cool your macaroni (I followed the box directions)
Spray crock-pot with cooking spray
Combine cooled noodles, evaporated milk, whole milk, butter, eggs, salt, pepper, and graded cheese into the crock pot.
Stir and sprinkle paprika to your liking
Add more cheese about 30 minutes in (you don't have to do this, but we did this because we felt like it wasn't cheesy enough for us lol.
Cook on low for 2 1/2 hours
This turned out so good and was definitely a favorite! Enjoy, and share how yours turns out in the comments below!!!
